Here are my makeup essentials for beginners
Wearing makeup is a fun, creative way to express yourself. There are so many ways to approach it, from a barely there look to a bold, dramatic style. If you're new to cosmetics, then knowing where to start can be stressful. And I am always happy to help. Here, I've created a list of all the makeup essentials you need. Think of this as a beginner's makeup tutorial. As you build your makeup kit, look into the best makeup shades for your skin tone. That will ensure each addition to your makeup bag is worth it.
Primer
Priming your skin before applying foundation is like stretching before a workout. You may be tempted to skip it to save time, but it's a necessary part of the routine. Always start with clean skin and then apply good moisturizer and face primer. (there are many dual formulas that contain both.) Finish your priming routine with a healthy layer of sunscreen that's SPF 30 or higher.
A great concealer is a workhorse, covering up blemishes, Hiding dark circles and color-correcting uneven skin tone. Finding the best one for you depends on your skin type, but in general a creamy formula is ideal, as it provides heavy enough coverage without becoming dry and cakey.
